- Q: How often should I oil my hair?
  A: For our Hair Essentials, one to three times a week works for most people. Therapeutic blends are more concentrated — twice a week is plenty.
- Q: Do I need to patch test?
  A: Yes. Apply a small amount behind the ear or on the inner forearm and wait 24 hours before full use. This is essential for the Therapeutic range.
- Q: Are these products medicines?
  A: No. Tattvanya oils are cosmetic products for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Descriptions of traditional Ayurvedic use are not medical claims.
- Q: Can I use them during pregnancy?
  A: Please check with your doctor first. Several therapeutic blends contain concentrated essential oils that we do not recommend during pregnancy.
- Q: Is there mineral oil or synthetic fragrance?
  A: Never. Every base is cold-pressed plant oil, and any scent comes from the listed herbs and essential oils.
- Q: How long does a 30 ml bottle last?
  A: Around 4–6 applications for medium-length hair, so roughly one month at weekly use.
- Q: How should I store the oil?
  A: Keep the bottle capped, away from direct sunlight and below 30°C. Use within 6 months of opening.
- Q: How do I pay for my order?
  A: After checkout you'll see a UPI QR code and a Pay via UPI button (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). Pay the exact amount, then tap I've paid to confirm on WhatsApp and share your UTR or payment screenshot. Card and wallet gateways will be added later.
