How your order travels, and what happens if something isn't right.

Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Because every batch is bottled to order, we occasionally need an extra day — we'll email you if so.
Delivery & charges
Flat shipping of ₹59 across India, free on orders over ₹999. Metro deliveries typically arrive in 3–5 working days, other locations in 5–8.
International shipping is not available yet.
Returns
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact us with your order reference and we'll share the return address.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged or the wrong product was sent, email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it at no cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
